Machine Shop Supervisor

Role and Duties:

1. Plan all machine and machine shop activities to optimize manpower and machine allocations
2. Monitor and measure individual production performance and productivity against personaal and machines
3. Manage flow of materials through the machine shop
4. Manage machine shop safety including housekeeping

Eligibility:

• Degree or minimum Diploma 3 from Engineering Background
• 4-5 years experience in welding and cladding at a supervisory level
• Experience in Manufacturing process
