Roles:
- Develop, Propose and implement IT procedure and policy.
- Accountable for the performance of all IT team & resources.
- Accountable for all IT related tasks, hardware, software, system & services.
- Accountable for the Solution of any problems facing by users related to IT/IS.
- Ensure all IT corporate policy, procedures & reporting will be followed by IT team.
- Ensure all IT Planning, Operation, Maintenance & Services will be properly Handled & Managed, and yet compliance to all IT-Security & IT-Service-Management Standard, Best Practices & Corporate Policy.
- Ensure all IT projects/program-initiatives will be planned, coordinated, implemented, monitored & evaluated properly, within the budget, timely manner and well-documented.
- Male / Female, max. 35 years old.
- Min. 5 years hands-on IT exposure with min. 2 years as Assistant IT Manager.
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in IT/IS/IM/Computer-Science from reputable university.
- Excellent knowledge of IT trends and developments. Cisco / Microsoft certification is a PLUS.
- Mastering in IT-Infrastructure (Database, Server, Network Architecture & Products, TCP/IP, Firewall, Cisco/Huawei, Email systems, Web-server, Cloud, Backup system etc), as well as some other ERP/Software-Application platforms (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, etc.).
- Good Leadership & Management skills.
- Good Interpretative and Analytical skills.
- Preferably experience in Project Management.
- A self-motivated person who can motivate others.
- Able to understand the Corporate Business Process & SOP.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver against targets.
- Preferably the one who active in English, both written and spoken.
- Customer Service oriented person with Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Work closely with other Division Leaders to evaluate all IT system, facilities & services.
- Proficient in Ms-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Email & Internet, as well as other IT supporting tools.
